All establishment labeled with GREEN RESTAURANT must use organic food. The higher the ecology percentage - the more points it gets. They gain most by having the Organic Eating Mark (Det Økoloigiske Spisemærke).

The Organic Eating Mark is given to establishment in bronze, silver and gold.

  • Bronze is given to establishment with 30 - 60% organic
  • Silver is for establishment with 60 - 90% organic
  • While Gold is awarded establishment with over 90% organic
