The secretariat works in depth with guidance, cases and calculation-examples in each area such as lighting, water, waste, employee development, environmentally friendly food, cooking etc. This enables the restaurants to keep improving on their environmental efforts. 

The visits by consultants also serve as a opportunity for the restaurant to receive advice and guidance on potential new efforts, and they will be referred to events and places where they can receive additional information and inspiration.
