Sustainability is on everyone's lips - especially when it concerns food. A growing part of the Danish population and its tourists have realised that food has a tremendous impact on the climate and the environment. We have to make some drastic changes to the way we eat in order for it to become more sustainable.

More guests have demands of the products and services they purchase to be sustainable, which includes the food the purchase and eat. Also the companies increase their demands according to the sustainability agenda in their environmental - or CSR-reports. This ultimately reflects on the food they order for employee lunch, meetings, business dinners, which is to be sustainable.   

Studies show that the consumers wish to eat more sustainable food and that it makes them satisfied.
