HORESTA has, together with the Outdoor Council, launched the GREEN RESTAURANT with the support of the Minister of Food.
The criteria have been drawn up in collaboration with The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration, the Organic Lands Association and Stop Wasting Food, have a holistic approach focusing on a balance between inspiration and control.
The Outdoor Council and HORESTA also support Green Key, which was invented in Denmark and now exists in 65 countries.
