GREEN RESTAURANT is divided into four levels where:

  • GOLD is something VERY extraordinary. It requires Organic Gold and 90% of the points from the points criteria.
  • SILVER is something extraordinary that requires Organic Silver and 70% of the points from the point criteria.
  • BRONZE is for those who have been running for a long time. This requires Organic Bronze and a minimum of 50% of the points from the points criteria.
  • GREEN RESTAURANT is for those who have started but with a little less ambition or just started but who have the will and want to improve - Here requires an ecological percentage of 20%, which is mandatory for Green Key hotels, as well as a minimum of 30% of the points from the points criteria.
