In cafes, many of the same things as restaurants often apply. But cafes often focus more on drinking and a narrower range and supply of food.

But it makes a difference that the coffee labeled FairTrade, the milk and the cookies are organic. If the cafe has a smaller supply of food, it is also easier to reduce waste.

Many cafes already focus on this.

Look for cafes that work with sustainability and that are, for example, labeled with the Organic Food Label or GREEN RESTAURANT.
