When you are at a restaurant, you must of course taste delicious and well-prepared food. And of course you should be able to get a good steak and exotic fish, but with small changes the environmental impact can be reduced.

Many restaurants already focus on how to reduce the environmental impact with the right ingredients and products, minimizing waste and optimal preparation.

Look for sustainability-friendly restaurants that are, for example, labeled with the Organic Eating Mark and GREEN RESTAURANT.
